On November 25, Kanazawa University, the school, the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Kanazawa Garrison, and the Heiwa-machi Main Street Shopping Arcade Promotion Association cooperated to hold the "Flower Blooming Heiwa-No-Da 2025" event. Affiliated Elementary School Approximately 90 second-year students, 30 Self-Defense Force officers from the Kanazawa Garrison, and several members of the Heiwa-machi Main Street Shopping Arcade Promotion Association participated in the event. The participants planted tulip bulbs along the road of the Kanazawa Garrison of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force in anticipation of their blooming next spring.
This initiative is not only a part of local environmental beautification activities, but also aims to help revitalize the community by making people feel positive and creating a lively community and a place of enrichment and relaxation for residents, school commuters, and commuters.
While chatting with the Self-Defense Force officers, the children planted the bulbs happily, excited to see the tulips that will bloom along with the cherry blossoms the following spring. When the next year's blossoms arrive, they will gather here again to admire the colorful blooms of the tulips, and then harvest them.
